Priscilla Faith Lim

Priscilla acts as junior counsel at all levels of the Court and in tribunals such as the Industrial Court.

Priscilla has gained extensive experience in acting and assisting in a variety of matters involving, amongst others, public and administrative law, the exercise of statutory powers and duties, industrial relations and employment law, multi-billion ringgit contractual disputes, and tortious disputes. Her varied practice extends from advising clients in the pre-action stage to arguing novel points of law at the Federal Court. She has been involved in several key Federal Court cases pertaining to the interpretation of statutes including the Electricity Supply Act 1990 and the Local Government Act 1976.

Priscilla also has a keen interest in human rights and public interest matters. She has gained experience working with several non-governmental organisations and pro bono projects, and also acts in public interest cases.

In addition to her litigation practice, Priscilla is active in corporate law and advisory matters. She regularly advises clients on the review, drafting, and negotiation of a broad spectrum of contractual agreements, including development agreements, service agreements, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She is also well-versed in Personal Data Protection and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) compliance.

Priscilla also helms the Firm’s knowledge management and business development initiatives.

Priscilla obtained her LL.B (Hons) from The University of Manchester and is a Member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. She has been an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya since December 2021.
