Athanasia acts as a junior counsel at all levels of the Court and tribunals, particularly the Industrial Court.

Athanasia has gained extensive experience in assisting in a variety of matters, involving public and administrative law, contractual disputes and industrial relation and employment law. She has also been involved in several Federal Court cases, amongst others, pertaining to the interpretation of statutes of the Pension Adjustment Act 1980.

Outside of court, Athanasia provides legal advice to individuals and corporations involving employment law disputes which include drafting and reviewing employment contracts and workplace policies, procedures and handbook.

Athanasia obtained her LL.B. (Hons) from the University of London and went on to obtain a Certificate in Legal Practice. She has been an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya since 2022.
