Jane acts as junior counsel before all tiers of the Malaysian courts and Industrial Court.

She has developed a robust and diverse practicing areas, particularly focus on complex and high-value civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. Her main areas of practice include fraud and asset recovery, corporate and shareholders’ disputes, equity and trusts, restructuring and insolvency, employment disputes, and maritime and shipping disputes.

Prior to commencing legal practice, Jane gained 5 years of experience as a legal advisor with reputable trust companies, where she specialised in private trust and estate related matters.

Jane obtained her LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Hull and subsequently obtain Certificate in Legal Practice. She is admitted Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in September 2024.
