Phuah Zinnvey

Zinnvey acts as junior counsel before all tiers of the Malaysian courts.

She has gained experience in assisting in a wide range of disputes, including public and administrative law, corporate and shareholders’ disputes, equity and trusts, and property disputes.

Prior to commencing legal practice in Malaysia, Zinnvey served as a County Court Advocate in the UK, representing clients in the County Court (across the Midlands and Northern Circuit) for hearings and trials across a broad range of civil and family matters, including personal injury claims, road traffic accidents, debt recovery, consumer rights disputes, and property and housing matters. She also served as a paralegal at one of the UK’s leading claimant law firms, assisting in international group litigation against major car manufacturers for breaching emissions standards.

Zinnvey obtained her LL.B. (Hons) from Cardiff University and is a Member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in April 2026.
