We are pleased to share that our Partner, Jeremiah Rais, will be among the speakers at the 4th ICC Sri Lanka Arbitration & Mediation Conference, taking place on 11 September 2025 in Colombo.
Jeremiah will be delivering a session on the recognition, enforcement and resistance of international arbitration awards in Malaysia, drawing on recent trends and developments in the field.
The conference brings together leading members of the judiciary and the Bar from Sri Lanka and beyond, and we look forward to a meaningful engagement with members of the Sri Lanka Bar.
