We are pleased to announce that Priscilla Faith Lim and Sabrina Yap have been promoted as Senior Associates, with effect from 6 December 2025 and 18 December 2025 respectively.
Priscilla acts in a variety of matters involving, amongst others, public and administrative law, the exercise of statutory powers and duties, industrial relations and employment law, multi-billion ringgit contractual disputes, and tortious disputes. In addition to her litigation practice, Priscilla is active in corporate law and advisory matters. She is also well-versed in Personal Data Protection compliance, and helms the Firm’s knowledge management and business development initiatives.
Sabrina is a dynamic Corporate Associate, with a robust expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, and the fast-evolving TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) sector. With a keen eye for detail and a strong strategic mindset, she works closely with clients to navigate complex corporate landscapes, ensuring efficient and effective solutions. Sabrina’s comprehensive approach blends legal acumen with a deep understanding of her clients’ business goals, helping them thrive in competitive markets and achieve long-term success.
