On 29 May 2025, the Firm’s Managing Partner, Mr Steven Thiru, was invited by the Bar Association of Sri Lanka to deliver the Golden Jubilee Oration.
As the President of the Commonwealth Law Association, Mr Steven delivered the oration on “Emerging and continuing challenges to the legal profession – hope or despair?”
Addresses were also delivered by Mr Rajeev Amarasuriya (President of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka), Her Ladyship Justice Murdu Fernando, PC (Chief Justice of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka), and Hon. Harshana Nanayakkara (Minister of Justice and National Integration of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka).
